GAN i4 MagLev UV 3×3 Smart Cube
The GAN i4 is the newest flagship in GAN’s smart cube line and the successor to the i3. It is a full speedcube first: double MagLev replaces the springs, 76 magnets keep every turn controlled, and GAN’s GES magnetic elasticity system gives a consistent feel with 35° self-alignment. Tension and travel are set with numbered gears (6 travel × 12 tension settings, 72 combinations), and the UV-coated stickerless shell stays smooth and easy to wipe clean. At about 74 g it stays light through long sessions.
Inside sits an omni-directional smart ball core with a gyroscope and contact-free motion sensing, so the cube’s orientation and every move appear live in the GAN Cube Station app over Bluetooth. Use it to time and reconstruct your solves, follow training modes or race other cubers online. The core is colour-coded in six colours, which makes taking the cube apart and putting it back together simple and keeps it aligned with the app.
Two power modes let you choose: Performance mode with the gyroscope on gives about 30 hours of use, while Endurance mode turns it off and stretches one charge to roughly 200 hours. When the battery runs low, 10 minutes in the charging GanPod adds around 10 hours of play in Endurance mode.
