YJ YuHu Megaminx V3 (Magnetic)
The standard magnetic build of YJ’s flagship megaminx — the same V3 mechanism as the MagLev + Ball-Core version, with conventional springs instead. It is the cheaper way into the V3, and for most solvers it is all the megaminx they need.
The V3 was redesigned from scratch rather than tweaked. Fully rounded corners let the layers slide past each other instead of catching, and the magnets are placed tight enough that the puzzle finds its position on its own — which is what keeps a twelve-face solve from turning into a fight with misalignment.
30.6 mm edge length keeps it compact for a megaminx and light in the hand, so long practice sessions do not wear you out.
The caps pop off easily, so tensioning takes seconds instead of being a chore. Tuned and ready to solve out of the box.
