Lubicle 1 is Cubicle Labs’ silicone-based teflon lubricant and one of TheCubicle’s longest-running favourites. It pairs the very low viscosity of azeotropic siloxane ethers with the distinct feel of teflon, so you get speed without losing control — fast, but still stable enough to track.
How to apply: shake the bottle well first — there is a ball bearing inside to disperse the particles. Add 3–4 drops, break the puzzle in, and repeat if you want more. Big cubes need more drops to feel right.

A new cube comes with a thin, uneven layer of factory lube, so it feels stiff and scratchy until it settles in. We lubricate yours before it ships, so you get the settled feel from your first solve instead of after a week of turning.
